Audit Consult A&M is a sole limited liability company incorporated in 2001 under the Commercial Code of the Republic of Bulgaria performing financial audit, accounting and tax consulting.

The Company has extensive experience of performing financial audit of local and international companies preparing their financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the European Union (EU) and National Accounting Standards (NAS), applied in Bulgaria.

All of our audits are conducted in accordance with approved audit methodology which is consistent with International Standards on Auditing.
